Jared Koch
Owner and Founder
Jared Koch started JTK Power Washing Plus on his own in 2009 and has built the business into what it is today, an all service washing company running 3 crews over the busy season. The majority of his time today is spent managing operations, making sure there is a back log of work, and working to grow the company. Jared built JTK from a one-man operation in his garage, primarily through focusing on customer service, building relationships, and performing quality work over everything else.​
Jared is a husband to a beautiful wife and three amazing children. When Jared is not working, he enjoys camping, hunting and riding ATVs with family and friends. He is originally from the Lehigh Valley but currently resides in Ephrata with his family.
Jon Dean
Power Washing Foreman
Jon has been power washing since 2017 and became a valued addition to the JTK team in April of 2023. Jon grew up in Zionsville, PA and graduated from Salem Christian School. His favorite part of power washing day in and day out is the instant satisfaction of seeing properties get cleaned. In his free time, Jon enjoys fishing, watching Philadelphia sports, and spending time with his wife and family.​
Wyatt Stoner
Residential Estimator and Media Manager
Wyatt joined the JTK Team in 2023 as a part time office administrator. Over time, he grew his knowledge of washing by working in the field while also utilizing his skills in media, marketing, and advertising to build JTK's online presence. Today Wyatt performs all residential estimating, he helps Jared manage the day to day schedule, and he handles all of JTK's online presence, from social media, to advertising, to the website.
Wyatt grew up in the Manheim area and is a graduate of Manheim Central and Millersville University. Today he is married to his beautiful wife Tara and they have two dogs. In his free time, Wyatt enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs, being outdoors, playing sports, and hanging out with friends and family.
